An introductory interview is held with each volunteer.
- For (new) volunteers who are active in the board and are trainer and/or coach of one of the teams, a VOG statement is required. A new VOG statement should be requested every 3 years.
- For new volunteers, a reference check will be done as standard.
- Each volunteer will be informed of the applicable rules of conduct.
