Dear (parents/carers of) members,
This year our Annual General Meeting (ALV) will take place on Saturday 12 February 2022 at 19:30. Like last year, this will be online via teams. The board hopes for your digital presence from your own homes.
There are a number of important points to discuss, where we need your opinion/vote, these are:
- Board re-election
- Update policy plan, Grand slam
- Finance 2021 and 2022, including proposal for contribution increase
Please notify secretaris@allinveldhoven.com of your registration or cancellation. If you have registered, please indicate the email address on which you want to digitally attend the ALV. Parents of members are also welcome. In the week prior to the ALV you will receive the digital invitation including the agenda at your email address. We will start at 19:30, so make sure you are logged in and ready to go.
